Guest Speaker Eve St. John, Personal Trainer named "Patron Saint of Yoga" by Ridgewood Magazine, will share her "Believe Achieve" philosophy which focusses on inner strength and happiness to achieve outer fitness and optimum health at any age. Eve will lead us in some relaxing yoga meditation

May 2009. Eve St. John's philosophy of Believe Achieve was practiced at the Lincoln School in Wyckoff, NJ. Eve was a featured inspirational guest at the "Anyone Can Make A Difference" day. Eve led a motivational workshop for over 160 students on achieving their personal fitness goals. Eve provided an interactive and educational experience where the kids learned about the different styles of yoga. The sessions emphasized the importance of positive thought and the magic of a simple smile in making a difference in people’s lives. Eve led a discussion with the theme that staying positive will give you positive energy and makes you and others feel great. Eve demonstrated stretches that will help kids clear their minds, melt away tension, stress, and worries and re-energize their entire body. The kids, the Principal and the Parent Teacher Organization, enthusiastically received Eve’s sessions.
